As Halloween draws near, both the Rollins campus and surrounding Winter Park community are hosting events to celebrate the holiday. Check out the activities below to plan your spooky season.

Rollins:

Halloween Concert (Oct. 21): Gather in the Knowles Memorial Chapel at 7:00 pm for a “spirited Halloween concert” hosted by the Center for Religious and Spiritual Life and the Department of Music. Costumes are encouraged.

Olin Library Events (Oct. 29/30): The celebration in Olin kicks off on Wednesday, Oct. 29, for Olin After Dark: Celebrating Spooky Season, which will take place from 4-7 pm. The event will include free food and a “frightfully fun night of Halloween crafting.” If you are feeling festive, return to Olin the following night from 5-8 pm for All Olin’s Eve, “an evening of festive activities, wicked treats, and spooky happenings.” Events will include a haunted house, movie screenings, and more on the second floor.

Winter Park:

Trick or Treating on Park Avenue (Oct. 25): Take a stroll down Park Avenue for “a morning of costumes, candy, and community in the heart of Winter Park.” The event will take place from 10:00 am-12:00 pm.

31 Screams on Screen (Ongoing): Throughout the month, Regal Winter Park Village is showing a different throwback horror film each night for its “Screams” series, with each week following a different theme. Themes for the upcoming weeks are “Monster Mash” from Oct. 22-28, and “The Damned and the Doomed” from Oct. 29-31.
