The search for a new associate director of religious life and leader of Hillel has reached a new stage. Reverend Katrina Jenkins, dean of Religious & Spiritual Life, revealed the two finalists for the position: Rachel Ware (‘19) and Jennifer Cohen.

Ware is an alumna who majored in international relations. She most recently worked as a regional assistant for J Street, a pro-Israel advocacy group.

Cohen graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1990 with a bachelor’s in organizational communication. She has also worked for local Jewish organizations such as the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando and the Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater Orlando.

Both candidates will be participating in on-campus events as part of the selection process. Ware’s event will be held on Oct. 4 in Room 119 in the Keene Music Building from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. Cohen’s will be held at the same time on Oct. 6 in the Bush Auditorium. Both forums will be open to the entire Rollins community.
